The fourth trimester is a sacred season. Our Postnatal Support gently weaves care into your early days with baby — from feeding guidance and emotional check-ins to light household help and sibling support. Whether you choose a single visit or a full cocoon of care across 42 days, we’re here to nurture your recovery, honour your transformation, and hold space for rest, reflection, and bonding.
Holistic Touches for Body & Soul
Complementary offerings like Pregnancy Yoga, Reflexology, and Infant Massage bring softness and steadiness to your journey. These practices support hormonal balance, sleep, digestion, and emotional wellbeing — for both mama and baby.

5km - 20kms of Ashford, Co Wicklow - €15
20km – 40km of Ashford, Co. Wicklow - €25
Above this will be organised on a case by case basis
Payments:
25% of total cost is payable by way of non-refundable deposit at the time of booking
25% of total cost is payable at 20 weeks from your expected due date
25% of total cost is payable at 10 weeks from your expected due date
Balance is payable at week 36 of pregnancy
