Activebirth Workshop
For pregnant women & their birth partners.
Most suitable for those in their last trimester, though you are very welcome to join before this date.
Why Join?
Because birth is sacred—and you deserve to feel supported every step of the way. Whether you’re planning a home birth or hospital birth; whether you are welcoming your first baby, or your fifth; this workshop is about helping you feel strong, informed, and held.
This is more than just a workshop - this is a space to explore, connect and prepare for one of life’s most powerful journeys
